Charlie Kirk, a conservative internet personality who’s known for his debates on college campuses, is scheduled to appear at the Tulare-Kings County Resource for Life’s “Advancing the Mission” event, held at Visalia First Assembly of God Church on Tuesday, Sept. 2.
