So I have started my journey at the gym, and this hasn’t come easy, for well over a year I’ve been toying with it and putting it off and it’s mainly for my mind but mostly for my confidence as I seem to have lost it the older I’m getting, I’m finding I don’t go many places on my own or do many things on my own apart from going to london ( which is huge but it’s also work so I’m able to do that) but I just can’t bring myself to do many things on my own like I’m scared and I don’t want to feel lik

I think this is by far the most WHOLESOME interaction I had with a stranger 🥹.. I know I do a lot of these grwm in public, but trust me as a shy introvert it's actually never easy and very NERVE-WRACKING... but for him to show up and be so dang kind and considerate to help me feel more comfortable and even put on sunscreen with me to not be so alone.. it really was the most wholesome and cute interaction ever. 💛 And especially because I've been going back and forth with my own confidence issue
