Rain, strong wind and thunderstorms are currently moving across the south-eastern states. Radar images from early this morning show broad areas of rain crossing south-eastern Australia. Overnight, South Australia and north-western Victoria received the heaviest falls, with the rainfall now spreading through other parts of Victoria, New South Wales, ACT and Tasmania. Severe thunderstorms are a risk in many places today, particularly this afternoon. These storms can bring areas of heavy rain, dama
