Daquan on Instagram: "On the morning of May 21st 2018, in downtown Milwaukee, a suspicious backpack was discovered atop an electrical box near a busy intersection on Wisconsin Avenue just before 7 a.m.  As the FBI and local bomb-squad personnel arrived and cordoned off the area (and the investigation stretched into the 9 a.m. hour), a random cyclist (seemingly fed up with the delay) rode past the tape, grabbed the backpack, dumped out bottles and clothing onto the street, and then shrugged.
