OK, this is cool. (or cold) When the temperature drops below zero, most people run inside. But in International Falls they run outside... in a race. The Arrowhead 135 launched this morning in -9 degree weather, and that's just they way they want it. This is a 135 mile ultra-marathon race on foot, bike, or skis from I-Falls to Tower, Minnesota.
