P60 BILLION UNUSED FUNDS, IBABALIK NA SA PHILHEALTH President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos announced on Saturday that the P60 billion in unused PhilHealth funds that were transferred to the national treasury will be returned to the state health insurer. “‘Yung P60 billion na ‘yan, ibabalik na natin sa PhilHealth. Hindi lamang para sa pangamba ng tao kundi gagamitin na natin ‘yan para palawakin pa ang serbisyo ng PhilHealth,” he said. The transfer of excess PhilHealth funds to the national treasur
