What are you loving and not loving. Note: we aren’t allowed to use the Jumpboard for cardio in this class. I think it’s honestly a shame. Supine cardio is safer, easier to control and more fun honestly. Just my opinion. I hate we can’t use the jump board in this class. Cardio Sculpt is honestly my fave CP class to teach!
