JUMP

Learning how to jump is still one of the hardest parts of my mobility journey. I was focusing on box jumps and jumping up, but I never worked on trying to jump out. Many people say it’s not hard but for my body, it’s wrecked after trying this. I did this yesterday and I feel like I have been hit by a car today.
