Incumbents went 0-for-2 as voters considered two seats on the five-member Dickinson County Board of Supervisors. Emerald Estates break ground in Arnolds Park
Oct 29, 2024 · Ground was broken Monday evening for a major Arnolds Park housing development organized by Spirit of Okoboji. The housing development is located just east of the Emerald Hills Golf Course. The development covers 38 acres of land between the golf course and the Lower Gar Recreational Area. Site work is currently underway, including 97 lots for residency and new holes at the golf course.
