The NWS Blacksburg VA released a wind advisory at 1:13 p.m. on Sunday in effect until Monday at midnight. The advisory is for Ashe, Alleghany and Watauga counties.

The NWS Greenville-Spartanburg SC released a wind advisory at 12:58 p.m. on Sunday in effect until Monday at midnight for Burke Mountains.

On Thursday at 12:36 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated wind advisory in effect until Friday at 10 a.m. for Franklin, Middlesex, Essex, Hampshire, Hampden, Worcester, Norfolk, Bristol and Plymouth counties.

Following a day of fair weather on Dec. 13, the National Weather Service has released a cold weather advisory describing “dangerously cold” conditions that will be in effect

The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory at 12:23 p.m. on Monday valid from 7 p.m. until Tuesday 10 p.m. for Northern and Eastern Klamath County and Western Lake County and Central and Eastern Lake County.

NWS issues a Cold Weather Advisory for parts of Illinois and Missouri, warning of wind chills between -10 and -20 degrees.

As low pressure leaves and high pressure takes over, things are going to get turbulent across Southern New England. We’ll have very gusty winds today– so much so that there is a Wind Advisory in place from 10 AM Thursday until 10 AM Friday.

At 6:22 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service released a wind advisory valid from 4 p.m. until Tuesday 7 a.m. for Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon, Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon and Foothills of the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon.
