Two people face charges for a seemingly unprovoked shooting after one person called the victim a "goofy mother [expletive]" before shooting him four times, according to documents 8 News Now obtained.

According to LVMPD both drivers have died due to their injuries sustained following the crash that occurred on Jan. 8 on Nellis Boulevard, north of Vista Flora Way.

A driver is in police custody after fleeing from an officer Wednesday morning and hitting and killing a pedestrian, Las Vegas Metropolitan police said. The crash occurred shortly after 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Lamb Boulevard and Stewart Avenue in the northeast valley.
