The situation at quarterback is interesting at quarterback for the Colts ending this season, but it could get more interesting this offseason.
The Indianapolis Colts anounced Saturday that Philip Rivers has been signed to the team’s 53-man active roster ahead of a Sunday showdown against the Seattle Seahawks.
