The Philadelphia 76ers announce a medical update on Kelly Oubre Jr. before their matchup with the Detroit Pistons on Thursday.

Oubre’s injury is another blow to the Sixers (35-30), who are already playing without Tyrese Maxey (right little finger), Joel Embiid (oblique) and starting wing Paul George (suspension).
