Arch Manning didn't exactly confirm his grandfather's comment that he would stay at Texas for two more seasons

On Monday, OSU announced that Julian Sayin will start in the season opener that pits No. 1 Texas vs. No. 3 Ohio State. Sayin is a five-star recruit from California who began his college career heading to Tuscaloosa before transferring from Alabama when Nick Saban retired.

No singular player in college football has received more hype than Arch Manning. Maybe not from Josh Pate, who believes the Texas quarterback will be a “pretty good” player but possibly not reach Heisman Trophy-level expectations.
