Not much is known about the Galaxy S25 Edge, which Samsung teased back in January. A new report shares that the phone could make use of ceramic materials that will provide better durability. Samsung could also share more news about the phone during Mobile World Congress in March.

But this is Samsung’s first proper attempt at AI that focuses solely on the device. If the company sticks with it, Bixby could become an essential part of the Galaxy experience. Gemini could only act on a couple of these commands because its focus is entirely different to Bixby’s.

Last month, Samsung unpacked its latest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S25 series. The company sent me two: the midrange S25+ and the top-tier S25 Ultra, while AT&T loaned me an Ultra on their network. (The Samsung models are on T-Mobile.)
