A sex trafficking survivor and the founder of a safe house for male victims of sex trafficking spoke to Fox News about the growing problem at the border.

Sacharis Gathers, 20, pleaded not guilty during an arraignment in Boston Municipal Court Tuesday, prosecutors said.

Sacharis Gathers was charged with trafficking for sexual servitude, deriving support from prostitution, and possession with intent to distribute a class B substance, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office. He was ordered held on $50,00 bail with GPS monitoring and home confinement if he is released.

The hip-hop stars' attorneys said they were shown videos that prosecutors plan to use as evidence but that the tapes don't depict any illegal activity.

STAC said their caseload almost doubled over the past year. They also say community awareness about human trafficking has increased, a result they're building on this year.

RCMP say multiple charges have been approved against three Vancouver Island men accused of sexual offences against minors. Shaun Pater, Terrance Houbregs and Wayne Moore of Port Alberni, B.C., each face six charges, including sexual interference of a person under 14 and sexual assault, police say.

However, Eisenman's fiancé, Brenda Kross, was sentenced to 102 months (8.5 years) in prison Thursday for manslaughter. The judge also ordered Kross to pay a monetary restitution of $6,620. She will be ordered to pay $5 per month starting next year. The restitution is part of the Crime Victim Compensation fund that goes towards funeral costs.

EAGLE, Idaho — Three people were arrested and charged in Eagle at Head to Toe Massage Therapy for human trafficking and prostitution.
