The Carolina Panthers on Monday signed the veteran edge rusher to a four-year, $120 million contract less than an hour after the legal tampering period began, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported.

The Philadelphia Eagles have lost arguably their top free agent — and one of the best players available on the open market.
