Joel Hanley scored his first goal of the season at 13:26 of the third period to lead the Calgary Flames to a 3-2 victory over the San Jose Sharks.
For Morgan Frost and Joel Farabee, though, it was an opportunity to take a deep breath after a whirlwind couple of weeks. They were acquired by the Calgary Flames from the Philadelphia Flyers on Jan. 30 and had little to no time before they were thrust into action for five games before the break.

This season has certainly been more intriguing than anticipated. With the trade deadline closing in, the Flames are in the mix for the final playoff spot, sparring with the strangely listless Vancouver Canucks.
Morgan Frost and Joel Farabee are gone, and Scott Laughton's name is on the rumor mill again. Danny Brière is pushing the Flyers' rebuild along, but may be standing at the crossroads of some tough decisions.
