Cincinnati Bengals star quarterback Joe Burrow took a massive shot, resulting in him having to exit the game with an apparent injury.
Roughly halfway through the third quarter, Burrow, the former LSU Tigers star, took the snap before seeing two Steelers defenders in his face. As he tried to get away, both Pittsburgh linebacker Nick Herbig and defensive tackle Cameron Heyward brought him down, landing on top of Burrow as he faceplanted into the ground.
