New York has ruled out Ariel Hukporti for Friday’s game and they have also listed Karl-Anthony Towns, Josh Hart and Mitchell Robinson as questionable. Of course, Towns missed Wednesday’s game against the 76ers as he is still recovering from a knee injury that he suffered against the Boston Celtics on Sunday.

It’s been a whirlwind of a week for the New York Knicks. After three consecutive inspiring victories against the Philadelphia 76ers, Memphis Grizzlies, and Miami Heat, they dropped a frustrating home matchup to the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.

But looking at everything with and without Towns, the Knicks are pretty obviously missing a major offensive jolt when he doesn't play (duh). New York averages 109.3 points per game without Towns, and 118.5 points per game with him. That is a tremendous difference.
