MONTGOMERY — Gov. Kay Ivey has issued a state of emergency for 37 counties on Thursday ahead of the winter weather forecast for much of the northern part of the state.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, and Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds are also expected to be in attendance.
