The Samsung Internet app is now available on the Microsoft Store to download directly to one's computer, and using this would allow the sync of the Galaxy smartphone data to their Windows PCs.

If you prefer to sync certain types of data, you can do that by opening your device's iCloud menu and turning on and off specific apps and info categories.
