Replace Ease of Access system file like sethc.exe, with a cmd.exe & use it to recover or reset lost or forgotten Administrator password in Windows 11/10.

If you cannot sign in then you can create a Local Administrator Account on Windows 11/10 using utilman.exe Command line tool.
