They settled on using MS Teams for files, chat, etc and for homework assignments. They created a separate Team for each subject, and each subject has a dedicated "Assignments" channel for homework.

Microsoft 365 has several new sharing features. There's also a new file experience within Microsoft Teams. Outlook also has a new file and sharing experiences on the web and on mobile devices.
