U.S. stock indexes are falling sharply Friday after reports showed worries about President Donald Trump’s policies may be hitting the U.S. economy. The S&P 500 was down 1.3% in afternoon trading and on track for its worst day in weeks.

Transportation stocks went sharply in reverse on Friday with the economic bellwether Dow Jones Transport average index falling more than 2.6% in its steepest daily loss since December 18 and its third consecutive decline,

Collectively, Wall Street analysts have issued more than 12,000 individual ratings on stocks in the S&P 500. By aggregating the median fair value estimates on every company, FactSet Research builds what is known as a "bottom-up" target price for the entire index.
