A Virginia lottery player is now a millionaire after matching all five white balls in Saturday night’s Powerball drawing.
A single Virginia ticket matched the numbers for a $150,000 prize. That ticket was sold at the Wegmans, 1835 Capital One Drive South in McLean. No ticket in Virginia or elsewhere matched all six numbers for the jackpot, so the estimated jackpot for the Saturday, Dec. 13 drawing now grows to $1 billion.
