Stranger Things 5 gets review bombed as Will's coming out becomes worst-rated episode on IMDb
Stranger Things” has been review bombed after the Dec. 25 release of Season 5 Vol. 2. The recent episodes have dragged the season’s fan-driven Rotten Tomatoes score from the 70s down to 56%, a stark decline from the show’s previous seasons.
AMC is closing out the year on a strong note, thanks in part to Netflix stepping further into theatrical waters with the series finale of Stranger Things . AMC CEO Adam Aron took to Twitter today to celebrate the moment,
Aron emphasized that there’s “many sellouts but seats still available” for the two-day Netflix stunt which starts tonight; another means of peace between the exhibitor and the streamer following the Halloween booking of Kpop Demon Hunters Singalong.
Stranger Things season 5 has lost its audience, particularly with episode 7. Now its Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB scores are falling to reflect that.
