A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a parolee accused of leading police on a chase that ended with a woman pinned under an RTS bus.

A Kansas City man has been charged after he allegedly stole a bus, causing thousands in damages before he was caught.

State Police say a person was hit by an RTS bus in the area of Clifford and Hudson Avenue as a result of a police pursuit.
