The incident unfolded early Tuesday morning in a residential area of Frisco when officers responded to a welfare concern at approximately 5:40 a.m. Frisco Police said they heard gunshots inside the home as they arrived, and that a suspect, later identified as the 30-year-old Jack, climbed out and fell from a two-story window.
