Jacksonville native and former Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Mac Jones has found a new home. Jones agreed to terms with the San Francisco 49ers on a two-year, $7 million deal according to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport. Jones spent last season with his hometown team after being traded from the New England Patriots in the offseason.
