A 19-year-old man was arrested for a crash that left another driver with major injuries on the 10 Freeway in Los Angeles. Authorities identified the suspect as Noor El Deen Amr Soror, 19, of Anaheim.
Prosecutors said the driver was impaired by drugs and ran a red light before ramming a city bus on Tuesday. Two people died. Compounding the tragedy, a news helicopter also crashed.
