According to a report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Simmons suffered a dislocated and fractured wrist. Rapoport said Simmons left the stadium in a cast and is “out indefinitely.” Simmons exited the game due to injury in the third quarter. He was replaced at left tackle by Wanya Morris.
