“Civil War Voices” will return to Lincoln for the city’s annual Abraham Lincoln Birthday Celebration in February. The musical written by local attorney and playwright Jim Harris will be presented Feb.

The Banquet, held to observe the 213th birthday of Lincoln, will take place at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel in downtown Springfield. A reception starts at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
