Council members fielding those complaints blame the state of the fleet, with plow trucks breaking down in record numbers at critical junctures. About half of the city's snow plows went down for maintenance during this weekend's snowstorm, and as a result, some streets will have to wait for the sun and warmer temperatures to get clear.

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers made a discreet signing early on in the free agency period to land running back Kenneth Gainwell. Signed on just a one-year, $1.79 million deal after being the third down back for the Philadelphia Eagles as year ago, Gainwell has taken his chances in stride.

Tristan Jarry & Stuart Skinner will face their former teams for the first time since Friday's trade, while Brett Kulak will also make his Pittsburgh debut on Tuesday night at PPG Paints Arena

As for Mike McDaniel, he did not look comfortable. Before the game, he was seen greeting Steelers coach Mike Tomlin. Tomlin was sporting a hoodie and baseball cap. McDaniel was in considerably more layers with a winter cap covered by a hood and a second hood from a winter jacket on standby.

Miami Dolphins safety Minkah Fitzpatrick admitted there were emotions in his return to face the Steelers. He exited early with a calf injury.
