STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Penn State is closing out 2025 by heading to the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl for the second time. The Nittany Lions will face the Clemson Tigers at Yankee Stadium at noon on Saturday, Dec. 27. This will be the second time Penn State will play Clemson, with the last time being in the 1988 Citrus Bowl.
The Big Ten knows it'll be getting Ohio State, Indiana and Oregon into the College Football Playoff, which is what the conference cares most about. But having solid exposure in the postseason, which also includes USC, Northwestern, Minnesota and Washington, is a good thing for the league, too.
