Maxx Crosby may get suspended for an unnecessary cheap shot on Justin Herbert during the Chargers-Raiders game on Sunday.

The Las Vegas Raiders have one of the most impactful players in the National Football League on their roster. Maxx Crosby continues to prove his value weekly as the leader of the Silver and Black. Crosby has worn the title well since being drafted and is a foundational piece of the roster.

Raiders quarterback Geno Smith returned to full participation in Thursday's practice. Smith has a foot injury that limited him on Wednesday. He played all 48 snaps in the Week 13 loss to the Chargers.
