A historic apartment building that has sat vacant for more than two decades is set to be demolished in the coming weeks.
CANTON – Athens Restaurant, a longtime Canton dining fixture owned by the Karasarides family, will be sold at auction. The restaurant closed late last year. The auction is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. March 20 at the restaurant, 816 Harrison Ave. SW. The property will be sold by auctioneer and Realtor Gabe Cozy of Kiko Realty.
